Cardiovascular risk is influenced by biological, behavioural, socioeconomic, environmental, healthcare, and geographic factors. Although conventional risk scores have improved preventive decision-making, they may not fully capture temporal variability, nonlinear interactions, physiological complexity, or spatial heterogeneity, potentially limiting their capacity to inform the efficient allocation of preventive resources. This paper proposes an interdisciplinary framework integrating fractal analysis, cardiovascular risk prediction, spatial epidemiology, and health economics to provide a theoretical basis for adaptive cardiovascular prevention and improved economic evaluation of preventive strategies. Based on a structured narrative synthesis of literature spanning cardiovascular risk prediction, fractal physiology, spatial and social epidemiology, and health economics, we develop a four-layer conceptual architecture linking clinical risk, physiological complexity, contextual vulnerability and economic evaluation. Designed as a complementary layer to established models such as SCORE2, the Fractal Cardiovascular Risk and Economic Prevention Framework (FCREPF) extends conventional risk assessment from static estimates toward dynamic and spatially adaptive prevention while linking cardiovascular risk to healthcare expenditure, productivity losses, informal care, and potentially avoidable costs. By connecting multidimensional risk information with economic consequences, the framework is intended to support future assessment of economic value, cost-effectiveness, and prevention-resource allocation. The framework additionally conceptualises prevention-resource allocation as the maximisation of expected net health and economic benefit under budget constraints. Prospective validation, external calibration, reproducibility assessment, evaluation of incremental predictive value, and formal health-economic analysis are required before clinical or policy implementation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"site-sidebar-layout":"default","site-content-layout":"","ast-site-content-layout":"default","site-content-style":"default","site-sidebar-style":"default","ast-global-header-display":"","ast-banner-title-visibility":"","ast-main-header-display":"","ast-hfb-above-header-display":"","ast-hfb-below-header-display":"","ast-hfb-mobile-header-display":"","site-post-title":"","ast-breadcrumbs-content":"","ast-featured-img":"","footer-sml-layout":"","ast-disable-related-posts":"","theme-transparent-header-meta":"","adv-header-id-meta":"","stick-header-meta":"","header-above-stick-meta":"","header-main-stick-meta":"","header-below-stick-meta":"","astra-migrate-meta-layouts":"default","ast-page-background-enabled":"default","ast-page-background-meta":{"desktop":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-5)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"tablet":{"background-color":"","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"mobile":{"background-color":"","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""}},"ast-content-background-meta":{"desktop":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-4)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"tablet":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-4)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"mobile":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-4)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""}}},"class_list":["post-634","articol","type-articol","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.journals.utgjiu.ro\/JES\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/articol\/634","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.journals.utgjiu.ro\/JES\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/articol"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.journals.utgjiu.ro\/JES\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/articol"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.journals.utgjiu.ro\/JES\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=634"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
