In contemporary organizations, marked by rapid technological advancement, workforce diversity, and remote work arrangements, communication challenges have become increasingly complex. This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the main methods for improving communication in human resource management, combining theoretical perspectives with an applied organizational case analysis. Using a qualitative, literature-based methodology complemented by a practical model proposal, the study highlights the strategic role of managerial communication competencies, digital tools, feedback mechanisms, and organizational culture in enhancing internal communication.
